Uptown Animal Hospital & 24 Hour Emergency Care is taking important steps to tailor our protocols to keep our clients and team members safe and healthy so that we can continue to provide quality veterinary care to pets in need.
Based on the recommendations of the Center for Disease Control (CDC) and to exercise caution in regards to COVID-19, we ask that you please do not come in if you are exhibiting any cold or flu-like symptoms, or if you have been exposed to the virus. To continue to be there for your pet, we are offering curbside service and drop-offs. Please call us at (253) 851-7387 when you arrive and a team member will come out to your car. When your pet has been examined, a treatment plan has been established and we are ready to discuss plans for care, or your patient is ready for pick up, we will call you before anything is done unless emergency authorization for unstable patients has been obtained.
