Travel Consults
Endorsed Health Certificates
We offer both international and domestic travel consults as well as issuing endorsed health certificates. **Disclaimer, only specific GENERAL PRACTICE doctors are credentialed for health certificates. We advise scheduling a travel consult exam and informational appointment at least 90 days prior to travel if outside the continental United States. This will ensure our team is able to come up with a strategic plan and potentially research any travel-specific guidelines.
