Dr. DeWitt is a Washington state native who is now a Gig Harbor local! She graduated with her Doctorate of Veterinary Medicine from WSU, go cougars! She takes a special interest in feline medicine and ensures to create a calm and soothing environment to minimize any stress that comes along with visiting the Vet. She also enjoys the special care that comes along with geriatric patients. When she is not catering to her six kitties and Wallace, her very fluffy puppy, she enjoys the outdoors.
Dr. Laura L'Heureux Neal, D.V.M.
Dr. Neal grew up in rural Illinois and graduated from the University of Illinois. After graduating, life brought her to Florida where she owned All Creatures Pet Hospital of the Florida Keys, but she missed having time to really care for her patients on top of all the business aspects, so sold her practice and moved to Western Washington, where she has become a confirmed Washingtonian. Dr. Neal's special interests include emergency/critical care and integrative medicine. In her down time, she and her husband Veat enjoy spending time with their four-legged children. She also enjoys travel, reading, hiking, music, theater, film & television - especially science fiction.
Dr. Lori Stillmaker, D.V.M.
Dr. Lori Stillmaker grew up in Washington State and went to Washington State University for her Doctor of Veterinary Medicine degree. She moved to Arizona after vet school and practiced in small animal general practice and emergency medicine there for several years prior to deciding to return home. Her interests include surgery, ultrasound, emergency medicine, and preventative medicine. In her off time she enjoys spending time with her two daughters and fur babies. She also enjoys painting, gardening, and exploring the outdoors.
Dr. Anna Riley
Dr. Riley is an Oregon native, who attended the joint program for veterinary medicine between Oregon and Washington State Universities, graduating in 2004 with her DVM degree. She went on to complete an emergency/critical care internship in a practice located in Massachusetts, before returning to the PNW. For the last 14 years Dr. Riley has worked in several large referral/emergency hospitals as an ER veterinarian. She has recently joined Uptown Animal Hospital’s emergency department and is excited to be part of it’s growth.
Dr. Riley is married, has several children and is about to embark on small scale farming! Away from work she enjoys baking, playing piano, witty banter and living more simply.
